BS/MD applications can take a long time to create. You’ll need to include a resume, personal statement, essays, short answers, and identify your best recommenders. The process takes time and effort, especially when we strive for perfection.
The time it takes from start to finish depends on what schools you want to apply to, your proficiency in writing and editing, and your schedule.
We have worked with clients who turned out successful applications in many timeframes, whether it’s two months or seven months. Based on our past experiences with clients and their differing schedules/writing styles, we recommend starting your application at least three months prior to the deadline.
We can work with clients as early as two years before they want to submit applications.
Our main goal is to help every candidate reach their full potential (and, of course, get accepted). We want to ensure that financial circumstances don’t stand in the way of your dreams.
To meet this objective, we provide a small number of applicants with partial or full scholarships. These scholarships are awarded after you begin working with us. All scholarships are awarded based on need and professional potential. Please note that scholarships are only available for candidates who sign up with us through our Gold or Platinum packages.
To learn more about our scholarship opportunities, please speak with your Project Manager after we start our work together.
Our BS/MD consultants are chosen through a meticulous screening process. We only select consultants based on their character and ability to demonstrate continued excellence. Our consultant matching process ensures we pair you with a consultant that we believe will work well with you based on the information you provided in our intake form.
It is crucial to your success that you work well with your BS/MD consultant. Your application’s success can be impacted by how well you get along with them. We know that building a trusting bond doesn’t happen immediately. However, we try not to undo your progress thus far by switching BS/MD consultants too quickly.
If you have any issues, don’t hesitate to email us at ceo@quadeducationgroup.com. Our CEO will personally reply within 48 hours. Your success and happiness are always our priority: this includes switching BS/MD consultants if necessary.
Our project team consists of BS/MD consultants, Writing Experts, and Admissions Counselors. Your BS/MD consultant will help you build the perfect pre-medical application. Your consultant is usually a physician who has experience serving on an adcom, is an expert storyteller, enjoys mentorship, and helps candidates create a compelling application narrative.
They ensure your grammar, tone, and sentence structure align with what top BS/MD programs expect. When you work with us, you will also have a Project Manager assigned to you to ensure we meet all milestones and that your application is submitted on time.
Our experts know the insights you need to tailor your application to what BS/MD programs seek.
This insider knowledge benefits you and your application. We understand when and how adcoms at the country’s top BS/MD programs change their selection criteria. These insights help us personalize and tailor your application documents to ensure you have the best chance of success.
Only 2.5% of potential BS/MD consultants we speak to become a part of our team. Since we want to offer our candidates the best experience possible, selecting the right experts is crucial.
We have a multi-step screening process that includes personality fit, knowledge tests, and real-life case studies. We have every prospective team member assess past applications. This helps us assess their skills, communication, and more. You can learn more about our screening process here.
However, our evaluation doesn’t stop there. We review team members on an ongoing basis to ensure they’re the right people to help you get accepted at any program you choose.
Crafting a perfect application takes time and diligence. We ensure every consultant is capable of dedicating the time and effort necessary to your application.
How many clients a consultant works with depends on their role and other commitments within our organization. For example, a BS/MD consultant's role is much different from a Writing Expert’s role. Some members of our team may also assist with other work within our firm, such as researching BS/MD programs and writing insightful guides.
Our BS/MD consultants may work with fewer applicants applying to many BS/MD programs. Others may work with more candidates who plan to apply to fewer programs.
Although our team members are versatile within their roles, your success and happiness are always our top priorities. If we were ever in a position where we had to choose between not onboarding another client or spending less time with a current candidate, we would always choose the former.
