Isabel is a graduate of Wesleyan University and the University of Chicago. She has extensive experience guiding college aspirants through the process. Isabel understands that the college application process can be discouraging, and parents and students can feel lost in such a crowded applicant field. She strives to help push past those anxieties and keep the process in perspective. Isabel enjoys realizing all students’ unique qualities and talents and seeing them rise to their full potential, wherever that may lead them!
As a coach, Isabel aims to get to know a candidate personally to help them determine their strengths. She loves drawing out candidates’ self-knowledge and encouraging them to be themselves. As a highly organized individual, Isabel enjoys helping families plan the application process to ensure all the components are manageable. Jack has a Bachelor's from Stanford University, a Master’s from the University of Oxford, and a PhD from The University of Texas at Austin. He has served as an Applications Advisor to the Doctoral Fellowship Program at Harvard, where he advised undergraduates applying to doctoral programs in International Relations and History. Jack has also served as an Admissions Ambassador for Stanford University, Yale University, and The University of Texas. He has assisted dozens of candidates in applying to undergraduate, graduate, and research fellowships over the past 15 years. Jack has advised candidates in his hometown across the US, and abroad as they apply to undergraduate and graduate programs and fellowships.
Jack is passionate about coaching college applicants thanks to the several great mentors who guided him through the experience of applying to college. Coming from a low-income background, he never anticipated attending a high-ranking university. When he applied to graduate school, a new set of trusted academic professors and advisors supported him every step of the way. These mentors helped him navigate an often confusing process and introduced him to the transformative potential of a great liberal arts education. Jacob Behling graduated from Rice University with a B.S. in chemical engineering and a minor in business. Subsequently, he was a part of the Rice admissions team and evaluated applicants. In addition to his work at Quad Education, he is quite passionate about enabling students to succeed - serving as a teaching assistant for multiple classes and student academic fellow, both designed to support students navigate their coursework. He is based in Denver, CO. On the weekends, Jacob takes advantage of the Rocky Mountains by skiing and hiking or playing board games and trivia with friends and coworkers. He is a big national park enthusiast!
Jaimie has a Master’s from the University of Pennsylvania, where she worked as an Alumni Interviewer. She has over 13 years of experience in K-12 education, research, and administration of one of the nation's largest school districts.

James has a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, a Master’s from Northwestern University, and a PhD from Columbia University. While studying at Cornell, James worked with the Undergraduate Admissions Office while mentoring and counseling over 70 students applying for selective high schools and college programs through to the PhD level. Since then, he has mentored undergraduate students at Columbia and within his research lab, helping them apply to their postgraduate programs.
James is passionate about coaching students as he enjoys witnessing tremendous intellectual growth in students while helping them achieve their goals. It is particularly important for him to cultivate relationships with students so they feel welcome to come to him with any question or idea. Jasmin completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Women's Studies from The University of Florida and a Masters in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University.
Upon graduating from the University of Florida, she began working in the Diversity and Inclusion Office at Georgetown University School of Medicine. As the Coordinator, she headed multiple pipeline programs, including the Gateway Education Pipeline internship program, designed for DC public high school students interested in medicine. Further, she managed admissions to GEMS Post- Baccalaureate Program at Georgetown's School of Medicine.
After a short hiatus to further her education, Jasmin transitioned into Assistant Director of Admissions for Georgetown University's School of Nursing and Health Studies. There she advised and organized enrollment of prospective students seeking admission into online master's programs and doctorate anesthesia nursing programs.
Subsequently, while completing her master's degree in Physiology and Biophysics, Jasmin volunteered as the UF Alumni Scholarship Director. She organized and advised students on scholarship programs for current and incoming University of Florida students. Currently, she participates in the University of Florida's AHA Conexiones Mentorship program, where she mentors current UF premed students along with her time at Quad Education.

Professionally, Claudia is a Clinical Research Consultant for the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center. In this role, she embarks on various projects with her team so that up-and-coming medications and scientific devices can enter the market. Despite having a fulfilling career in research, Claudia dedicates time to education because she wants to nurture academic interests in young students.
In college, Claudia discovered her love for traveling. She studied abroad in England for two months and then backpacked through various European countries for a month. She also volunteered in Guatemala to provide medical care for the local community, where she discovered that she would like to pursue healthcare as a career.

Matthew is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Saumya graduated from Duke University, where she received the AB Duke scholarship. She has over a decade of tutoring experience, mostly focused on the ACT and SAT. Saumya taught her first math class when she was 14 years old and has been tutoring ever since. Professionally, Saumya works at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine as a clinical researcher in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. She leads several initiatives to improve reproductive health equity, and in her free time, she is an adolescent health educator. Her passion for education and access to education drives everything she does.
Saumya started tutoring the SAT/ACT shortly after taking the tests herself in high school. While preparing for the exams, she learned tips and tricks that helped her "crack" the exams and wanted to pass this information on to others. Saumya believes there is a clear difference between understanding the content tested on the SAT/ACT and how to take the exam. Instead of just teaching "exam hacks," Saumya loves helping students understand the "why" behind the solution and then employing exam hacks to help them solve problems more quickly.
Saumya loves teaching and seeing students reach their "breakthrough" moment. She is excited to get to know Quad students and help them through this process!
Outside of professional pursuits, Saumya loves spending time with her dog, Mallard. Mallard is a 10-year-old rescue and has always had the name Mallard, but Saumya thinks he was named because of his duck noises. Mallard will sometimes say hi through Saumya's computer screen! Saumya also loves trying new coffee recipes, playing guitar, and singing.
Tersoo is pursuing a Bachelor’s from Princeton University, where he excels and consistently holds a 3.9+ GPA. He is deeply passionate about education and learning in his personal and professional life, having undergone training as a tutor at Princeton's Learning Center. He broke the 1500+ threshold on his first and only SAT attempt, so he’s no stranger to a rigorous, skill-based approach to preparing for this exam.
Tersoo has a rich understanding of learning psychology which he constantly leverages in his pursuit of studying Computer Architecture and Quantum Engineering. Above all, Tersoo takes the utmost pride in his work as an SAT tutor as he seeks to enrich his clients with knowledge on tackling the SAT conceptually and time-efficiently.
While Tersoo is deeply academic, aspiring to attain a PhD in Computer Architecture, he also holds many creative interests, notably in fashion, graphic design, music, and photography. Whenever he is back home in Calgary, one of his favorite activities is finding vintage clothing at his local Goodwill with friends. He also prides himself in physical health as an avid weightlifter and recreational athlete.
When Tersoo isn’t studying, drafting new pieces for his up-and-coming clothing brand, or listening to music, you'll find him attempting a new squat PR or playing pick-up soccer with grad students.
