Anna didn’t want to navigate the college admissions process alone – we stayed by her side at every step to ensure she didn’t have to. Read Anna's in-depth Quad Education review below.
Anna understood that the college application process could be time-consuming and sometimes overwhelming for students, and she wanted to ensure she could present the “best version” in her application documents.
Anna wanted to target specific, competitive colleges she knew would be more challenging to get accepted to. She also wanted direction on whether or not to share her test scores – she felt her scores were low for Georgetown University and that many applicants would have higher GPAs and test scores than her.
We helped Anna with school selection and deciding whether or not to share her test scores at test-optional institutions. We also helped her format her activities list and personal statement. Anna said her counselor Yasmin was “amazing at digging up the best personal qualities in people,” which is one of our primary goals through our thorough persona assessment of each candidate we work with.
With her counselor’s guidance, Anna felt comfortable revealing the details of her life, including which things she did and didn’t want to share in her application. Our conversational, one-on-one guidance helps applicants open up about their experiences to find the most compelling application narrative, which Anna said led to a “productive and safe writing environment.”
Anna was accepted to Georgetown University’s Early Action Program!
